Steve Lieberman is vice president and managing director of Quixtar Inc., a member of the Alticor Inc. family of companies. He oversees all business operations for the North American affiliate.
Lieberman's responsibilities focus on improving Quixtar's reputation, working withQuixtar IBOs, developing a consumer focus, and infusing innovation throughout the company's operations. He also leads the implementation of the First Circle Transformation initiative, Quixtar's vision to transform business by educating IBOs at all levels on ways to improve their profitability.
Lieberman, who joined Quixtar in August 2007, spent much of his career at S.C. Johnson & Son, where he held managerial and leadership roles in various company areas including director of new products – Personal Care and Home Care, marketing director – France, commercial director – United Kingdom & Ireland, and vice president North American Consumer Products Air Care and Canadian Operations. In addition, he has served as president of Pearle Vision, and chief executive officer and president of Enzymatic Therapy Inc.
Lieberman is a graduate of the State University of New York, and received an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.
Rob Davidson is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Quixtar Inc., part of the Alticor group of companies. In this position, he oversees four divisions that source Quixtar’s extensive product selection and support the business efforts of hundreds of thousands of Independent Business Owners across the U.S. and Canada.
Davidson formerly held the position of Vice President of Global Business Conduct and Rules/Business Support Materials and also Vice President of Latin American Operations for Alticor. He led the effort to drive positive change in partnership with IBOs' business practices and in building the reputation of the Corporation.
Davidson joined Amway Corp. in 1981 and has served in a variety of capacities for the Alticor family of companies, leading up to his Vice President roles. Those responsibilities include: Affiliate Management, New Market Development Management, International Special Projects Management, Distributor Business Conduct and Rules, and Alticor’s Affiliate Support Group Management. He has traveled worldwide extensively and has lived outside the United States for eight years while working for Alticor.
Davidson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University. He is a member of the Direct Selling Association and serves as the company’s Code Compliance Officer for the Direct Selling Association.
Heather Anderson, Chief Information Officer, is responsible for leading Quixtar's information technology strategy and planning and implementing electronic commerce technologies and applications in support of Quixtar.
Since joining the Alticor group of companies in 1986, Anderson has held a variety of IT positions, including Core Applications Development Manager.
Anderson graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
As Director of Finance, and Quixtar's Chief Financial Officer, Bill Dangl oversees all financial and data management functions for Quixtar, including Independent Business Owner compensation; payment of sales, use, and excise tax; pricing; and financial reporting and analysis.
Dangl was a key member of the management team that conceived of and launched Quixtar Inc. in 1999. Since joining the Alticor family of companies, Dangl has served as Manager of Global Reporting, Manager of European Support, and Manager of International Performance Reporting.
Dangl, a CPA, obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and his master's degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University.
As General Manager of Quixtar Canada Corporation, Jim Hunking is responsible for all aspects of Quixtar's operations in Canada. Quixtar's headquarters are near Grand Rapids, Mich., and Quixtar Canada Corp. is based in London, Ontario, Canada.
Hunking has been with Quixtar since its formation in 1999. He previously managed the Canadian operations of Amway Corp., another Alticor subsidiary. Prior to Amway, he was employed by Williams & Wilson, Ltd.
A Past Chairman of the Canadian Direct Sellers Association, Hunking has also held the positions of Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee. He is currently a Director of the Direct Selling Education Foundation and the Canadian representative on the Advisory Council of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations. Hunking was honoured with the DSA's 2000 Ivan P. Phelan Award for his outstanding contributions to the direct selling industry.
Hunking has a Certified Management Accountant degree from the University of Western Ontario.
